1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetClientTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. GetClientTracker is provided as a free browser-based tool with no account required. These terms govern your use of our privacy-first client tracking software.

2. License Grant

GetClientTracker grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software in your browser for client tracking purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

3. Free Tier Usage

The Free Tier allows you to create and manage up to 3 client records per browser install:

• Use forever at no cost
• Limited to 3 client records
• Full feature access including search, filters, and exports

4. Pro Subscription Terms

Pro subscriptions provide unlimited client records and custom PDF branding:

• Pricing: $9/month or $79/year (billed at purchase)
• Payment: Processed by Stripe, no account stored on our servers
• Refunds: No refunds for unused Pro time. Cancellation takes effect at subscription end.
• Limits: One license key per browser, not transferable
• Renewal: Auto-renews unless cancelled in your Stripe receipt page

5. Data Ownership & Rights

You retain complete ownership and control of all data entered into GetClientTracker:

• All client information remains your property
• No data is stored on our servers
• You may export, delete, or retain your data at any time
• No licensing rights are granted to third parties

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your client records
• Maintain the security of your browser environment
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

7. Third-Party Links

GetClientTracker may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Stripe for Pro payments). We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Review third-party terms before interacting.

8. Disclaimers

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GETCLIENTTRACKER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All rights licensed to you will terminate while such termination is in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of GetClientTracker after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of your local jurisdiction.
